大南坡计划以河南省修武县大南坡村为站点，形成了一个涵盖美学实践、社区共建、社会美育、地方营造、建筑活化、景观提升、展览出版、地方设计与空间创新等多种活跃动能的联合体。

在过去八年中，通过一系列关系生产、空间生产、文化生产和产品生产的实践，以及儿童美育计划的开展，大南坡计划持续推动当地村落景观的更新与公共生活的变迁。在“空间生产”的工作中，团队坚持可持续理念，通过改造和激活村内废弃建筑，保留其历史和文化记忆，营造合适的居住和公共空间，力图恢复理想的人际交往关系。

自2016年修武县委、县政府探索“县域美学”的发展方式以来，大南坡计划广泛邀请来自区域内外的教育、设计与思想力量参与乡村的社会与文化现实，激活本村和周边村落的文化与公共生活。如今，大南坡村从一个默默无闻的北方小乡村成功跻身第三批全国乡村旅游重点村。每年一度的“南坡秋兴”综合主题活动包含文化、音乐与庆典等属性。大南坡怀梆剧社在断演四十年后重新成立，并在“共振村声”戏台上多次演出。

The Dananpo Project is based in Dananpo Village, Xiu Wu County, Henan Province, forming a consortium that encompasses aesthetic practices, community co-construction, social aesthetic education, local develop- ment, architectural revitalization, landscape enhancement, exhibition publishing, local design, and spatial innovation.

Over the past eight years, through a series of practices in relational production, spatial production, cultural production, and product production, as well as the implementation of a children‘s aesthetic education program, the Dananpo Project has continually promoted the renewal of local village landscapes and the transformation of public life. In the realm of

“spatial production,“ the team adheres to sustainable principles, transforming and activating abandoned buildings in the village while preserving their historical and cultural memories, creating suitable living and public spaces, and striving to restore ideal interpersonal relationships.
 
Since 2016, when the Xiu Wu County Committee and County Government began exploring the development of “county aesthetics,“ the Dananpo Project has widely invited educational, design, and intellectual forces from within and outside the region to participate in the social and cultural realities of the village, activating cultural and public life in Dananpo and surrounding villages. Today, Dananpo Village has successfully emerged from a quiet northern village to become one of the key rural tourism villages

in the third batch nationwide. The annual “Dananpo Autumn Celebration” includes cultural, musical, and festive attributes. The Dananpo Huai Bang Theatre has been re-established after a forty-year hiatus and has performed multiple times on the “Resonance of Village Voices“ stage.

Das Dananpo Projekt hat seinen Sitz im Dananpo -Dorf im Kreis Xiu Wu, Provinz Henan, und bildet ein Konsortium, das ästhetische Praktiken, gemeinschaftlichen Aufbau, soziale ästhetische Bildung, lokale Entwicklung, architektonische Revitalisierung, Landschaftsverbesserung, Ausstellungspublikation, lokale Gestaltung und räumliche Innovation umfasst.  

In den letzten acht Jahren hat das Dananpo Projekt durch eine Reihe von Praktiken in relationaler Produktion, räumlicher Produktion, kultureller Produktion und Produktproduktion sowie durch die Durchführung eines Programms zur ästhetischen Bildung für Kinder kontinuierlich die Erneuerung der lokalen Dorflandschaften und die Transformation des öffentlichen Lebens gefördert. Im Bereich der ”räumlichen Produktion“ hält das Team an nachhaltigen Prinzipien fest, indem es verlassene Gebäude im Dorf umgestaltet und aktiviert, während es deren historische und kulturelle Erinnerungen bewahrt, geeignete Wohnund öffentliche Räume schafft und bestrebt ist, ideale zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen wiederherzustellen.

Seit 2016, als die Kreisregierung von Xiu Wu begannen, das Konzept der “Kreisästhetik“ zu erkunden, hat das Dananpo Projekt Bildungseinrichtungen, Designund Denkkraft aus der Region und darüber hinaus eingeladen, an der sozialen und kulturellen Realität des Dorfes teilzunehmen und das kulturelle und öffentliche Leben in Dananpo und den umliegenden Dörfern zu aktivieren. Heute hat Dananpo Dorf erfolgreich den Status eines der wichtigsten ländlichen Tourismusdörfer der dritten Landesschlüsselgruppe erreicht. Die jährliche ”Dananpo Herbstfeier“ umfasst kulturelle, musikalische und festliche Elemente. Die Dananpo Huai Bang Theatergruppe wurde nach vierzig Jahren wieder gegründet und hat mehrfach auf der Bühne “Resonanz der Dorfstimmen“ aufgeführt.
