TBB意为To Be Better （TBB）。首届TBB社区建筑与文化季，旨在通过建设“两个更好”书屋，致力于创造意义、情感和关系高度凝聚的有机社区。这一季活动秉持“生态共栖”和“可持续设计与生活”的理念，策展团队通过深入的城市研究和社区调研，了解居民需求，最终在信阳市羊山新区选定十多个社区书屋和共建花园的地点。

活动包括一个主题展区、九个巡回展区以及一个青年共创展区，形式多样，涵盖展览、论坛、演出、放映、书墟、市集、工作坊和出版，逐渐发展为集多种文化活动于一体的复合型项目。首届TBB社区建筑与文化季不仅为信阳注入了可持续发展的理念，还成为推动城市绿色发展和文化活力的催化剂，期望打造出一个全新的城市公共文化品牌。

”Two Better“ Bookhouses

TBB stands for To Be Better (TBB). The inaugural TBB Community Architecture and Culture Festival aims to build “Two Better“ bookhouses to foster an organic community with a strong sense of meaning, emotion, and connection. Guided by the principles of “ecological symbiosis“ and “sustainable design and living,“ the curatorial team conducted in-depth urban and community research to understand residents‘ needs. As a result, over ten locations for community bookhouses and shared gardens were chosen in the Yangshan New District of Xinyang.  

The festival includes a main exhibition area, nine touring exhibition areas, and a youth co-creation section. It features a diverse range of cultural activities such as exhibitions, forums, performances, screenings, book fairs, markets, workshops, and publications, gradually developing into a multi-faceted cultural project. The inaugural TBB Community Architecture and Culture Festival not only instills the concept of sustainable development into Xinyang‘s urban culture but also serves as a catalyst for the city‘s green growth and cultural vitality, aiming to create a new urban public cultural brand.

“Zwei Bessere“ Buchhäuser

TBB steht für To Be Better (TBB). Das erste TBB-Community-Architekturund Kulturfestival hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, durch den Bau der “Zwei Bessere“ Buchhäuser eine organische Gemeinschaft zu schaffen, die sich durch starke Bedeutung, Emotion und Zusammenhalt auszeichnet. Unter dem Leitbild der “ökologischen Symbiose“ und des “nachhaltigen Designs und Lebens“ führte das Kuratorenteam gründliche Stadtund Gemeinschaftsforschung durch, um die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner zu verstehen. In der Folge wurden über zehn Standorte für Gemeinschaftsbuch häuser und Gemeinschaftsgärten im Yangshan-Neubaugebiet von Xinyang ausgewählt.

Das Festival umfasst einen Hauptausstellungsbereich, neun Wanderausstellungsbereiche und einen Bereich für gemeinschaftliche Kreationen der Jugend. Es bietet eine Vielzahl kultureller Aktivitäten wie Ausstellungen, Foren, Aufführungen, Filmvorführungen, Buchmärkte, Märkte, Workshops und Veröffentlichungen und entwickelt sich allmählich zu einem vielschichtigen Kulturprojekt. Das erste TBB- Community-Architektur- und Kulturfestival vermittelt nicht nur das Konzept der nachhaltigen Entwicklung in die urbane Kultur von Xinyang, sondern dient auch als Katalysator für das grüne Wachstum und die kulturelle Vitalität der Stadt und strebt an, eine neue öffentliche Kulturmarke für die Stadt zu schaffen.
